1.Product Summary

AMC1100 gas mass flow controller is a device for precise measurement and control of gas mass flow. The sensor adopts self-

developed MEMS mass flow chip, which has the characteristics of precision, stability, high and low temperature resistance, 

good linearity and fast response time.

Before leaving the factory, AMC1100 range, accuracy, repeatability, response time and so on have been strictly tested and 

calibrated.

2.Application Range

AMC1100 is a mass flow controller used to monitor and control air, argon, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen and other dry, 

clean and non-corrosive gases (except inflammable and explosive gases). It can be widely used in quality flow control 

monitoring in universities and colleges, fire protection, environmental monitoring, tobacco, intelligent agriculture, food, 

medicine and other industries.
